1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Smartzilla® provides AI Search Visibility and Smart Growth Systems for law firms. These services are designed to optimize how your law firm is perceived, trusted, and recommended by Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Answer Engines, and traditional search tools.

3. Fees and Payments

• Subscription: The Smartzilla® AI Visibility Foundation starts at $997/mo and the Smart Growth System starts at $1,997/mo per practice area and city.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• No Long-Term Contracts: Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

4. City Lock Policy

We offer an exclusive "City Lock" for our active clients. We agree to partner with only ONE law firm per practice area, per defined city. This exclusivity is maintained as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.

5. SMS & Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Smartzilla®. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

6. Disclaimer of AI Control

While Smartzilla® optimizes your visibility and trust signals for AI models, AI Answer Engines (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity) are third-party platforms. We do not control their proprietary algorithms or the exact phrasing of their recommendations. We guarantee the deployment of your Smart Growth System and focus on improving measurable growth signals, but we cannot guarantee specific, permanent outcomes within third-party AI interfaces.

7. Limitation of Liability

Smartzilla® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, with exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in San Diego, California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Company Information

Smartzilla® is a registered DBA (Doing Business As) of Gee Productions. All billing, invoicing, and legal agreements are processed under Gee Productions.
