Our Commitment

Smartzilla® is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website and the systems we build for our clients.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Smartzilla® strives to maintain compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Known Limitations

While we strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across smartzilla.ai, some areas may not yet fully conform. Third-party content such as embedded forms, chat widgets, or calendar tools may have limitations outside our direct control. We monitor these components and work with providers to improve accessibility where possible.

Client Website Scope

This statement applies to the Smartzilla® website at smartzilla.ai. Law firm websites built and managed by Smartzilla for our clients are a separate scope. Client site accessibility is addressed individually under each client engagement.
